Setup Options
We have designed a range of setup options for you. These range from total do-it-yourself to our doing your site with special local content. For all options, the first step is the same. We will prepare a basic website for you without details so that you can see and examine it, and then you can decide if you want to purchase the site--- it will be $19.95 per month, and you will sign up online for it after you have had a chance to examine it. Provide information to us on our form so that we can prepare your trial website. Remember- there is no obligation until you have seen it.

Following are the choices you may purchase before or after you have decided to purchase the site:
- Option 1- Basic setup services- no cost for setup. You will set up your website details. We will setup the basic site without details, and give you a web address to see and examine it. Then you can decide if you want to purchase. You may order and setup up your trial site without our assistance. To do that, click here.
- Option 2- Limited setup of details- cost is $150 for setup. We will set up the website for you, including uploading your picture, adding links to your multiple listing service or services, and setting up links for local information, such as schools, weather, and demographic information. - Option 3. Comprehensive setup with special content- cost is $500 for setup. We will perform all of the functions under Option 2 plus provide up to seven (7) stock content pages for content which we already have or that is readily accessible and available in the public domain or that you own. - Option 4. Comprehensive setup with special content, including newly authored pages- cost is $1000 for setup. This included Option 2 plus 4 pages of stock content that are not newly authored plus 3 pages of new material that is prepared afresh. - Purchase of special authored pages- Email us to obtain the list of stock pages we can supply for your area, or to tell us your requirements for special pages. Please let us know the area of the country that you serve. Purchase pages by selecting appropriate button below.
Stock pages- $50 per page
Special authored pages - $200 per page
Pages may be purchased online by specifying the number of pages needed using PayPal services. This should be done after we have notified you via email that we can supply your requested pages.
